Privacy Policy
This sample policy describes the operational information a synq-services deployment may process. It is design copy, not legal advice.
1. Overview
synq-services monitors infrastructure health through host agents and a control plane. The system is designed to collect technical evidence while excluding application credentials and secrets.
2. Information collected
- Host identifiers, environment, roles, agent version, and heartbeat time.
- Check results, latency, lag versus SLO, messages, and redacted evidence.
- Events, alerts, acknowledgement identity, and audit actions.
- Account and support information submitted by human operators.
3. How information is used
Information supports fleet visibility, incident response, operational auditability, alert delivery, reliability analysis, and authorized support.
4. Retention
History tables follow configured retention policies. Operational identity and configuration records may remain while a deployment is active.
5. Security
Manifests reference secrets through environment variables. Sensitive fields are redacted from evidence, logs, and serialized output.
6. Your choices
Deployment owners can configure retention, notification recipients, and access. Contact the responsible operator for export or deletion questions.
